Professional catcher who was signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers as an international free agent back in 2014. He was acquired by the Washington Nationals via trade in July 2021.

He began his professional career playing for the Dodgers' rookie affiliate team the DSL Dodgers.

He made his major league debut playing against the Los Angeles Angels on August 16, 2020 as a member of the Dodgers.

He is a native of the Valencia, Venezuela area.
