She recalls being funny but shy as a child. In middle and high school, she was a member of many different clubs.  She started posting videos on TikTok in 2021.

Her second Instagram account, blossom.by.kayla, features her custom bouquets of roses. One of her most popular TikToks revolves around a crush's taste in women. It has gained over 40 million views.

Her older sister, Kim Vega , and her brother-in-law, Vinny Vega, are also content creators.
