ABOUT KAYLA ANDERSON
Sports reporter who first gained major attention covering the University of Arizona and Pac-12 college football at KGUN-TV in Tucson, Arizona. She was later hired at 10TV Sports in Columbus, Ohio, where she covered the Ohio State Buckeyes.
She graduated from West Valley High School in Spokane, Washington, where she danced and played softball. She graduated from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2005.
In 2006, she received the Best Sports Story award from the Associated Press for her story "Motocross in the South."
She married a man who attended Auburn University.
She once conducted a televised interview with former NFL quarterback Ryan Leaf .
