British television presenter most famous for presenting television shows like Blue Peter, Daybreak and GMTV as well as the Heart Radio show Heart Breakfast. She has also written regular columns for Cosmopolitan Hair & Beauty, Hello! and more.

She attended St. Edward's Church of England School in Romford, London. She worked as a record store clerk before becoming a presenter.

After becoming a parent, she began running a self-titled parenting and lifestyle blog.

She married presenter and producer Trey Farley , with whom she has children named Kaya and Akira.

Like Lindsey Russell , she has been a presenter on the CBBC children's television show Blue Peter.
