Known best for founding a trademarked healthy eating and physical fitness program called Fitness4Her, this model, personal trainer, and nutritionist also taught pilates classes.

After watching her husband shed over 150 pounds through healthy eating and bodybuilding, she became inspired to pursue a career as a fitness trainer.

By late 2014, her Twitter account had nearly 100,000 followers, and her official Facebook page had almost 500,000 likes.

She settled in Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband and three sons.

She and television host Jessie Pavelka both worked as fitness models and trainers.
