His self-titled Ratty Adhiththan YouTube channel has gained over 113 million views, including the 2019 music video for his single "Naan Kudikka Poren," which has received over 50 million views.
He was born in the city of Jaffna in Sri Lanka, but he eventually moved to Malaysia in 2007 as a teenager.
