Nicknamed "Gigi Baby Kaite Lizzie," Clark is the daughter of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo family member Anna Shannon Cardwell. Her birth was the subject of the Honey Boo Boo Season 1 finale.

She was born when her mother was just seventeen years old.

Her step grandfather, Mike Thompson , became known to Honey Boo Boo fans as "Sugar Bear."

She is the biological daughter of Caleb Clark and the adopted daughter of Michael Cardwell. Her mother, Anna Shannon Cardwell, is the daughter of June Shannon and the older sister of Honey Boo Boo star Alana Thompson .

She is the niece of Jessica Shannon and Lauryn Shannon.
