ABOUT KAI LOHMANN

Men's forward, sports player, and athlete that was taken by the Brisbane Lions as a first round pick in the 2021 AFL draft. As a member of Brisbane, he helped his team win the 2024 AFL Premiership Championship. That very season, he was named an AFL Rising Star.

He first discovered his passion for football as a young boy growing up. As a kid, he played for the Maryborough Football Club.

In the year 2024, he became one of two players ever to play in 27 club matches during an AFL season. On the pitch, he was given the nickname "Grug." He stands six feet, one inch tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds.

He is a native of Maryborough, Australia.

He played alongside Lachie Neale as a member of the Brisbane Lions during the 2024 AFL season.
