Josh Palacios
ABOUT JOSH PALACIOS
Professional right fielder that was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays during the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Draft. He was later signed by the Washington Nationals in April 2022. Prior to being drafted, he attended Auburn University where he played collegiate baseball for one year.
He is a graduate of Brooklyn's High School of Telecommunication Arts and Technology. Although he chose to attend college, he was originally drafted by the Cincinnati Reds during the 2015 MLB Draft.
He made his official major league debut playing against the Los Angeles Angels on April 9, 2022. He recorded his very first MLB hit the next day during a 4 for 4 outing.
He grew up living with his family in Brooklyn, New York. His brother, Richard Palacios , is also a professional baseball player.
He once played college sports at Auburn just like Cam Newton and Bo Jackson .
