Rose to fame in 2011 appearing in the season three premiere of MTV's hit series 16 and Pregnant . The show documented the birth of her son Noah James Finder in 2010.
She and her twin sister were adopted at the age of nine by their grandparents. They'd left high school to pursue modeling careers, however, they quit modeling when Jordan discovered she was pregnant.
She launched an Instagram account under the username jordanwardmtv.
Her twin sister, Jessica, appeared alongside her on 16 and Pregnant. She married Noah's father, Brian Finder, after his birth and the pair later had another child, Arri Monroe. The couple separated, however, in 2016.
Both she and Samantha Hernandez are former stars of the MTV reality show 16 and Pregnant.
