ABOUT JONATHAN LEWIS

American soccer winger known for playing with the Colorado Rapids in the MLS. He also plays for the American national team. He is popular on Instagram and has over 20,000 followers.

He began his career playing for the Plantation Eagles in 2008. He would later play with the Chicago Fire from 2014 to 2015 before moving to play in the RIASA soccer academy in England in 2015.

He played college soccer for the Akron Zips at the University of Akron in 2016. He was brought onto the American national team starting in 2019. He scored his first international goal in a 7-0 win against Trinidad and Tobago in January 2021.

He was born in Atlanta, Georgia but was raised in Plantation, Florida. His father is from Jamaica and his mother is from England and Trinidad.

He and Brian Mullan have both played soccer for the Colorado Rapids and the American national team.
