ABOUT JONATHAN HURST
Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the New York Mets and the Montreal Expos.
He attended Spartanburg Methodist College in South Carolina, and was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds and Seattle Mariners before finally signing with the Texas Rangers.
He became a minor league baseball pitching coach in 2006.
His family lived in New York City at the time of his birth, and he attended high school in South Carolina.
He played alongside Larry Walker on the Expos in 1992.
