ABOUT JONATHAN BOWLAN

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Kansas City Royals during the second round of the 2018 Major League Draft. Prior to being drafted, he attended the University of Memphis where he pitched for three seasons.

He began his professional career playing for the Lexington Legends. He pitched in 13 games.

While in high school, he was a three-sport athlete. As a quarterback he received all-district honors in Texas.

He grew up living with his family in Arlington, Texas. His father, Mark, also pitched at the University of Memphis.

He was drafted by the Kansas City Royals just like Alex Gordon and Bobby Witt Jr.
