ABOUT JONATAN CLASE

Dominican outfielder that was originally signed by the Seattle Mariners as an international prospect in July 2018. A few years later, he was named the 12th best MLB prospect in the Mariners' farm system.

He first began his professional career playing for the DSL Mariners rookie affiliate team. He made his professional debut as a 17-year old.

He collected a career-high 196 total bases during the 2022 minor league season. He also recorded a career-high 13 home runs and a .463 slugging percentage,

He grew up living with his family in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

He and Julio Rodriguez have both been outfielders for the Seattle Mariners.
