ABOUT JOJO ROMERO

Southpaw reliever that was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies during the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Draft. He was later acquired by the St. Louis Cardinals via trade in July 2022.

He originally began his collegiate career playing baseball at the University of Nevada, Reno . He later transferred to Yavapai Community College in Yavapai County, Arizona.

During his free time, he loves to cook as well as going hiking. He also enjoys playing sports such as football, basketball, soccer and bowling.

Although he was born in Camarillo he grew up living in the Oxnard, California area. He is the eldest of three children.

He was once packaged in a trade for Edmundo Sosa .
