ABOUT JOHN MEADOWS

Fitness instructor who won several bodybuilding competitions at both the state and national level. He gave up his life as a senior project manager at Huntington Bank to start his fitness company Mountain Dog Diet. He had over 300,000 followers on his mountaindog1 Instagram account.

His interest in fitness started at a young age. He recalled going to the store with his grandmother and reading the Anatomy and Physiology section in Muscle and Fitness.

He entered and lost his first bodybuilding competition at 13.

He had two twins named Jonathan and Alexander, who were born in 2006.

He posted a picture of himself alongside Sergio Oliva to Instagram in March 2017.
