Singer, vocalist, entertainer, artist, performer, and musician who was a favorite on season 11 of America's Got Talent in the year 2016. His rendition of "Bodies" by Drowning Pool made an impact. He was eliminated in the Judge Cuts. He garnered favor from judges like Simon Cowell.
He was a Lutheran minister, a U.S. navy pilot, an aerospace engineer, and a program manager for the Hubble Space Telescope.
He began singing karaoke when he was 60. After he appeared on AGT, he performed "Bodies" with Drowning Pool at the 2016 Chicago Open Air Festival. He died of heart failure at the age of 89. Despite his popularity, judge Heidi Klum repeatedly voted against him.
He was married two times and had four children. He was survived by his wife Marcy Hetlinger.
When he sang "Bodies" on AGT, judges Simon Cowell , Mel B , and Howie Mandel voted yes. Heidi Klum voted no.
