Irish mixed martial artist who made his UFC debut in March 2015 with a knockout win over Lindsey. He'd previously been a part of the The Ultimate Fighter 12 in 2010, but didn't earn a spot in the organization after losing his first fight on the show.

He grew up playing rugby as well as training in tae kwon do and jiu-jitsu. He went 23-0-5 in 28 amateur mma fights.

He's also fought as a boxer and kick boxer, going 10-0 in the two sports combined. He also started his mma career 10-0 before losing his first fight to Ivan Musardo.

Although he grew up in Wales, he was born in Ireland and maintained a strong connection to his country, telling everyone who would listen that he supported the Irish rugby team.

Until Nate Diaz ended Conor McGregor 's 15-fight win streak in 2016, Duffy was the last person to defeat the champion, doing so in 2010.
