Late model and singer who gained fame after winning the first season of the reality show Mo'Nique 's Fat Chance. She also made the top twenty-four on American Idol in 2008.
She graduated from the Long Island private school, the Academy of St. Joseph's, in 2000.
She documented her struggle with a rare form of endometrial cancer on her YouTube channel before ultimately succumbing to the disease in October 2014.
Her father founded the Haitian radio station Radio Tropicale.
She was the winner of Academy Award-winning actress Mo'Nique 's reality beauty pageant series Mo'Nique's Fat Chance.
