ABOUT JOAN ADON

Professional pitcher that was first signed by the Washington Nationals as an international free agent in 2016. He was named one of the Nationals top 100 MLB prospects in 2019 and 2021.

He first began his professional career playing for the DSL Nationals. After a few weeks, he was promoted to the GCL Nationals.

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Boston Red Sox on October 3, 2021. During his first major league start, he pitched just over five innings and recorded nine strikeouts.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

He played alongside Josiah Gray during the 2022 MLB regular season.
