ABOUT JJ BLEDAY

Professional outfielder that was drafted by the Miami Marlins during the first round of the 2019 Major League Draft. Prior to being drafted, he played collegiate baseball at Vanderbilt University .

He is a graduate of A. Crawford Mosley High School in Lynn Haven, Florida. Originally, he attended Titusville Area High School.

He made his official major league debut playing against the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 23, 2022 as a member of the Marlins. The very next day, he recorded his first MLB hit during a 2 for 4 effort.

He was born to parents Raymond and Kathy in Danville, Pennsylvania. He is the youngest of two siblings.

He played alongside Jesús Aguilar as a member of the Marlins during his MLB debut.
