ABOUT JIMMY CHALFANT

Professional drummer who rose to fame as a member of the American hard rock outfit Kix . Kix would go on to reach peak popularity during the 1980's and released their magnum opus Midnite Dynamite towards the end of the decade.

In his youth, he was inspired by Cream's drummer Ginger Baker . He joined Kix in 1979.

In 2017, he performed at the Rockingham Festival.

He is from the United States.

In an interview he stated that Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer was instrumental in him developing his own signature groove.
