ABOUT JESUS T. PERALTA
Award-winning Filipino playwright and anthropologist who won ten Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards. One of his most influential anthropological works is "Pre-Spanish Manila: A Reconstruction of the Prehistory of Manila"
He attended the University of Santo Tomas and later the University of the Philippines and the University of California, Davis.
He was Director III of the National Museum from 1992 to 1997.
He married artist Rosario Bitanga and they had three children.
Writer Jose Rizal was also a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas.
