American producer and rapper also known as 3rd Eye who has released solo albums since 1989 and has produced many songs from other popular artists.
He was one of the first rappers signed to Motown Records and released his debut solo album, No Prisoners, in 1989.
He has been credited as the first rapper to use the word "bling," which he said in Super Cat's 1993 song, "Dolly My Baby (remix)." He worked with Slow Down, Silky and A Bunch of Niggas from Heavy D & The Boys/Uptown in 1992.
He grew up in Bronx, New York with his family.
He produced the remixes to Mary J. Blige 's songs, "What's the 411" and "Reminisce" in 1993.
