Fashion and sneaker designer who founded the streetwear label Fear of God. He created custom looks for Justin Bieber to wear on stage during his Purpose World Tour. In 2018, he launched a subsidiary label called Essentials. It has been worn by Kanye West , Hailey Bieber and Gigi Hadid .
He earned his Bachelor's degree at Florida A&M University and his MBA at Loyola Marymount University .
After college, he began working for the Los Angeles Dodgers and a sports marketing agency called CSMG. In 2008, he began managing MLB player Matt Kemp . He designed clothing for Kemp. He built Fear of God with $14,000.
His father is MLB star Jerry Manuel Sr. His mother is Renette Manuel. He and his wife Desire Manuel have children named Liv, Mercy and Jerry Lorenzo Manuel III.
His clothing has also been worn by Selena Gomez and Virgil Abloh .
