ABOUT JEROME FONTAMILLAS

Rock guitarist and keyboard player known for his work with such bands as Switchfoot and Mortal.

During the 1980s, he attended Monterey Bay Academy in central California.

His band, Mortal, was originally named Mortal Wish.

He was born in the Philippines and raised in California.

He and vocalist Jon Foreman were both members of Switchfoot.
