ABOUT JENS GALSCHIOT
Danish sculptor who made the famous Pillar of Shame series, comprised of 8-meter tall bronze, copper, and concrete statues.
He opened a 2000 square meter foundry, studio, gallery, and sculpture park.
His pieces fall into the categoires of Installation art, Conceptual art, Happening, Performance art and Street Art.
He never married.
He and Asger Jorn are both sculptors from Denmark.
