News Anchor for Good Day Utah who also runs her own lifestyle blog and design shop called With Heart. Her blog covers a wide variety of topics from food to clothing to helpful DIY techniques for decorating.

She is a Utah native who grew up in Sandy and attended Alta High School. She received a degree from Brigham Young University in broadcast journalism before starting her career as a news anchor.

She has won several Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Awards, and has been awarded best reporter in Utah by the Society of Professional Journalists multiple times. She also has a large social media presence with over 20,000 followers on Instagram.

She married John Stagg. They have three daughters together.

As a Fox news anchor she is among the ranks of other TV personalities such as Bret Baier and Maria Bartiromo .
