ABOUT JEFF PLATE

Heavy metal musician who is recognized for having played the drums for both Savatage and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra . In 2009, he co-founded a new project entitled Machines of Grace.

He began taking drum lessons after seeing Kiss perform on The Midnight Special.

With Savatage, he first appeared on the album Japan Live '94.

He married his wife Cathy Fracasso in 2008.

Both he and Chris Caffery performed with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
