Also known as Jay Fresh, or simply The Fresh, he is a personal trainer and fitness model turned reality television personality after joining the cast of Ex on the Beach for the show's third series.

He appeared on the online reality series South Side Story.

He was the only cast member of Ex on the Beach to not have an ex-girlfriend of his also be a featured cast member on the show.

He is from London, England. He is an uncle to several nieces and nephews.

He and Kirk Norcross were both featured cast members on the third series of Ex on the Beach.
