She was a sixth-grader when she appeared on MasterChef Junior.
Her winning meal was a three-course feast that included an appetizer of scallops and white fish with a green papaya salad, a lobster tail and a coconut curry main dish. Her dessert was a sticky rum cake with pineapple chips.
She got her cooking inspiration from her parents. Her mother loved to cook Southern food. Her father loved to cook breakfast foods.
