Dutch guitarist who has released albums like his 1980 effort Transparent with Kaz Lux. He was a member of Focus in the 1970s.

At the age of five, he was taking guitar lessons and by thirteen, he had a single cut.

Exploring the sound of the Renaissance, he introduced the lute to rock music.

His father bought and sold scrap iron.

He and Phil Collins have worked as collaborators.
