ABOUT JAMIE WHITE

Best known as a Los Angeles radio show personality for KYSR Star 98.7, she also appeared in the 2001 film Rock Star and in the 2006 TV series Rock Star: Supernova.

A one-time model, she got her start in radio in 1994 when she was hired in Denver by the station KALC Alice 105.9 for a trio morning show called the Jamie, Frosty, and Frank Show.

She was involved in a controversy with KFI AM 640 host Bill Handel in 2006; threats were exchanged because Handel did not appreciate the way White talked to his kids.

Her marriage to an orthopedic surgeon ended in divorce.

She and Timothy Olyphant both appeared in a film entitled Rock Star.
