ABOUT JALALUDIN HASSAN

Malaysian actor and television presenter who is best known for hosting the Malaysian version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire . He is also known for his appearances in a range of feature films and television series including Masihkah Ada Cinta on TV3 and the 2003 film Iskandar.

He made his television debut in 1991 on the TV1 network. His feature film debut came in 1994 when he starred in Panggilan Pulau.  He gained further recognition in 2012 with the recurring role of Talib in the series Gemiland on the TV3 network.

He was awarded the Darjah Kebesaran Tuanku Jaafar or DPTJ which carried the title of "Datuk".

He was born and raised in Setapak, Selangor, Malaysia. He married Datin Rapidah Abdul Ghani in 2017. He has eight children.

He starred alongside Namewee and Farid Kamil in the 2012 film Hantu Gangster.
