ABOUT JACK BLOCKER

American singer-songwriter and musician best known for his alternative pop/rock sound. He rose to fame as a contestant on the 22nd season of the FOX reality competition series American Idol , where he finished in third place.

He was shy yet adventurous as a child and interested in both athletics and art. He attended Trinity Christian Academy and learned to play the guitar by watching videos on YouTube.

Prior to appearing on American Idol, he performed as a member of the pop band Rightfield, which he co-founded while attending the University of Arkansas .

He met his wife Georgia Autrey, who is a cybersecurity consultant, while attending high school. They married on June 5, 2021.

He was a contestant on the 22nd season of American Idol, which featured celebrity judges including Lionel Richie and Katy Perry .
