Rose to fame in 2016 appearing on the fifth season of MTV's Catfish. She loves playing basketball and is a D1 track athlete. She went on to work as a bartender and is a certified dental assistant.

A track star at Meadowdale High School, she would go on to compete in track and field for the University of Wyoming .

Her television fame has led her to amass over 40,000 followers on Instagram. She primarily posts dance and sports-related content on the mzhotsauce account.

She entertained an internet relationship with Catfish costar Jaylin, earning them their spot on the show. However, she'd had a boyfriend at the time.

She appeared on MTV's Catfish, a show hosted by Nev Schulman and Max Joseph .
