ABOUT FATHER JOHN MISTY
American singer and songwriter who is a former member of the bands Saxon Shore and Fleet Foxes . He has worked as a solo artist under the names J. Tillman and Father John Misty. In 2017, he released his critically acclaimed album Pure Comedy.
He started playing guitar at 12 years old and at 21 years old, he moved to Seattle where he worked at a bakery.
He released his first solo album in 2012 called Fear Fun. His song "Real Love Baby" has accumulated over 200,000 streams on Spotify.
He married photographer Emma Elizabeth Tillman.
He was featured on Kid Cudi 's 2013 album Indicud.
