Professional chef who is known for being both the head chef and partner at Bros' Restaurant. Specializing in pastries, she is also known for having been a celebrity guest chef on MasterChef Italy.

She is known for having trained under several professional chefs including Claude Bosi at his two Michelin-starred London restaurant, Martin Berasategui's three-starred restaurant, and Paco Torreblanca who is considered the father of the modern pastry.

She was listed on the Thirty Under Thirty Europe list by Forbes Magazine in 2017.

She owns the restaurant Bros' with her boyfriend Floriano Pellegrino.

She shared a photo with fellow professional chef Joe Bastianich to her Instagram in February of 2018 from an episode of Master Chef Italy.
