ABOUT ISAAC LARIAN
Iranian-born entrepreneur and CEO of MGA Entertainment, a California-based toy company known for its Bratz and Lalaloopsy doll lines.
After leaving his native Iran at the age of seventeen, he studied civil engineering at California State University, Los Angeles.
He was the 2004 recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
His marriage to Angela Neman produced three children: Cameron, Jason, and Jasmin. Two of his company's Bratz dolls were named after his daughter, Jasmin, and his son Cameron.
Like Barbie creator and one-time Mattel president Ruth Handler , Larian headed a toy company and launched a successful line of dolls.
