ABOUT HONG LIM

Cambodian-born Australian politician who was elected to the Victorian Legislative Assembly in 1996. He was also the Chairman of the Victorian Indo-Chinese Communities Council from 1984 t0 1992.

He came to Australia in 1970.

He was president of the Cambodian Association of Victoria before joining the Victorian Legislative Assembly.

His heritage is Chinese.

He was born in the same country as former King of Cambodia Norodom Shinanouk .
