ABOUT HAKAN LOOB

Former NHL winger known to be one of the greatest Swedish hockey players of all time.

He played four years in the Swedish Elite League for Färjestads BK before moving to the NHL.

He became the first Swedish player in NHL history to score 50 goals in one season.

His older brother, Peter, was also a hockey player who played with him on Färjestads BK.

He played on the Calgary Flames with center Joe Nieuwendyk from 1986 to 1989.
