ABOUT HAGEN DANNER

Professional pitcher drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays during the second round of the 2017 Major League Draft. He was later named one of the Blue Jays' top 50 MLB prospects in 2022. He initially began his professional career playing for the GCL Blue Jays. He was later sent to the Bluefield Blue Jays.

He was drafted out of Huntington Beach High School in Huntington Beach, California.

In 2021, he recorded a career-low 2.02 earned run average. He also allowed a career-low .171 opponent batting average during the 2021 minor league season.

He grew up living with his family in the Newport Beach, California area.

He is a native of the Newport Beach, California area just like Gerrit Cole and Nolan Arenado .
