South Korean singer who has risen to fame as a member of K-pop girl group NewJeans . She started out as a trainee at the age of 13 and debuted with NewJeans at the age of 16. NewJeans released their self-titled debut EP in August 2022.

She was a member of the broadcasting club when she was attending school.

She speaks English and Korean. She can be seen alongside her fellow NewJeans members on the newjeans_official Instagram account, which has racked up more than 13 million followers.

Her full name is Kang Haerin.
