She also has a recipe ebook where she shares health approved recipes. She was previously known online as Grace Fit UK. She is the founder of the athletic wear brand Tala and the fitness and nutrition app SHREDDY.

She started sharing her fitness journey on Instagram in 2014. She attended Oxford University.

She also created a YouTube channel where she vlogs, providing Q&As, free workouts, advice, and more. She has been featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30.

She was born Grace Beverley in London, England.

She posted a vlog with Paige Hathaway to YouTube in March of 2016.
