ABOUT GISELLA BAYONA

Journalist and news anchor on the program Noticias 24 on Teleamazonas, one of the major Ecuadorian television networks.

She studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. In 1994, she was the third runner-up of Miss Ecuador.

She started in television as the presenter of a music video show in the 90's, Tuning.

She married Danny Martinez, a marketing entrepreneur, in1996, but they divorced in 2017. Together they have a son, Emilio, born in 2000, and a daughter, Antonia, born in 2004.

While working for the newspaper El Mundo, she interviewed Ted Turner , founder of CNN. She has photos with him on her Instagram.
