ABOUT GEORGINA BURKE
Australian model and body positivity activist. She has worked with brands like Lauren by Ralph Lauren , Saks Fifth Avenue, J Crew, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. She made her Sports Illustrated debut in the 2022 Swimsuit edition. She was photographed in Barbados by Ben Watts .
At 17, she moved to London to pursue modeling full-time. She was signed on the spot at her first meeting with an agency.
In 2019, she created her own size-friendly, fully adjustable swimwear range, Burke NYC. She wore one of her own suits on the Sports Illustrated photo shoot. She has worked with photographers including Zoey Grossman , Yu Tsai and David Roemer. She has walked the runway for Christian Siriano .
She was bullied at school and her parents pulled her out to go to a private girls' high school.
On the Sports Illustrated 2022 shoot, she worked with models Cindy Kimberly , Hailey Clauson , Christen Harper , Marquita Pring and Tanaye White.
