Professional pitcher that was signed by the Seattle Mariners as an international free agent in 2013. He was acquired by the Milwaukee Brewers via trade in December 2015. He was a first time National League All-Star in 2021.

He began his professional career playing for the Mariners' rookie affiliate team the DSL Mariners.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Colorado Rockies on May 13, 2018 as a member of the Brewers.

He lives with his wife, Maritza, and their daughter.

He was once packaged in a trade that included Adam Lind .
