ABOUT FLOYD CARDOZ
Chef and restauranteur who is recognized for having served as the executive chef/owner of the New York City eateries Paowalla and Tabla. In March of 2020, he tragically passed away after a short battle with COVID-19.
In 2011, he was the winner of the reality cooking show Top Chef Masters.
He was nominated for the James Beard Award four times.
He and his wife had two sons.
He appeared on Top Chef Masters which was hosted by Curtis Stone .
