ABOUT FLORENT MALOUDA
Midfielder who scored 35 goals in 149 appearances with Chelsea from 2007 to 2013 before joining Trabzonspor. He was a member of the French national team from 2004 to 2012.
He made his senior debut at age 16 in the French Ligue 2 with Chateauroux.
He pledged loyalty to Chelsea and promised improvement in 2013 after a lackluster 2012; soon after, however, he requested a transfer from the team and eventually joined Turkish club Trabzonspor.
He fathered four children with his wife Florencia.
He joined Thierry Henry on the French national team in 2004.
