Finalist for the winning group on the reality talent competition Idol Producer which led him to debut with the C-pop group Nine Percent in 2018. He has also been a member of the Chinese boy band NEX7 .
He attended school in Florida before attending Beijing Huijia Private School.
He has enjoyed playing basketball and playing the piano.
He is the younger brother of Fan Bingbing .
He joined Chen Linong as a member of Nine Percent.
